What Cost Saving Topics are Covered During the Seminar?

Disaster Recovery Planning: Are you covered should your facility encounter a fire or a natural disaster? In this session we will discuss information that you should know and plan for in case your facility encounters a disaster. We will discuss insurance coverage requirements; continuation of business planning; and the emotional aspects of trying to rebuild your business after a disaster hits your facility. Finally we will discuss how to help each operator bring dollars right to the bottom line.

Energy Management: Utilities savings opportunities in electrical, water, compressed air and natural gas will be discussed. The session will discuss how to measure your utility usage and benchmark your performance yourself. The discussion will then focus on specific savings opportunities throughout the laundry facility.

Improving Process Flow in Your Facility: How can you get the most out of your existing facility? As an operator you want your facility to perform at peak efficiency before committing yourself to capital expenditures. In this session we will discuss methods you can use within your facility to analyze and improve the flow of goods from beginning to end.
